excellent location ample space equipped kitchen
the location was excellent, adjacent to the metro and a quick walk to many shops. my room was a studio superior 4 pax, offering ample space for luggage and movement. i appreciated the fully equipped kitchen that allowed for convenient meal preparation.

friendly staff spacious room clean room missing air conditioning outdated tv uncomfortable bed
The staff were friendly. They provided useful information about the local area near the hotel. The room was also spacious and very clean. I could walk to some Christmas Markets!
There was no air conditioning in the room. The TV setup was outdated and did not work very well. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable.

old furniture unhelpful staff
the room i get wasnt what i expect. there was noise every time. the staff doesnt seem to be helpful when i complain. the furniture is old, i think its from the communist era.

a stay with some issues
small room poorly maintained
the location was fine as it was close to many attractions.
I found the room wasnt what i expected it to be and did not match the photos online. It felt small and not well kept.

street noise basic breakfast
the location was great and allowed easy access to attractions by foot.
i was disappointed to find the room lacked air conditioning. the noise from the street was very noticeable, even at night, and disrupted my sleep. additionally, i found the breakfast to be quite basic and nothing special.
